All reports submitted to the NIHR Journals Library should contain the sections listed below, with reporting on patient and public involvement and dealing with confidential information being broader considerations throughout your report.

• Title
• Abstract
• Tables and figures
• Plain language summary
• Scientific Summary
• Main body of report
• Acknowledgements (including journal outputs, i.e. associated publications)
• References
• Appendices
