Study found that continuous positive airway pressure devices are an effective treatment for moderate to severe daytime sleepiness in obstructive sleep apnoeaÐhypopnoea syndrome, yielding greater benefits but higher costs compared with conservative management, although further investigation is required for mild sleepiness
