Minor Amendment to text by Senior Author
Two errors appear in this article:
1. Figure 2: The first ‘withdrawn or censored’ box contains the text "End of ACCP (did not lose TLPP)". This should simply be "End of ACCP’".
2. Table 5: The lower bound of the range for ‘time (months) since fistula was formed’ is given as "0" months for both groups. This should be "2" months for both groups.
