Today sees the launch of a new NIHR Journals Library collection in palliative and end of life care. Brought together for quick reference in addition to the usual search facility, the suite of end of life care projects includes published and future NIHR publications, as well as an archive of Service Delivery Organisation (SDO) Programme publications.

The new pool of end of life care projects sits alongside other collections in the NIHR Journals Library, including stroke, dementia and diabetes. Some are a result of NIHR themed calls which are issued by the NIHR in order to meet an identified health challenge or government priority, and some to support NIHR or Government priorities based on patient benefit.
