Report finds that, for examination of the uterine cervix, DySIS (a digital video colposcope), particularly in combination with colposcopy, has higher sensitivity than colposcopy alone; DySIS plus colposcopy appears to be less costly and more effective than both the DySISmap alone and colposcopy alone. No reliable evidence was found on the clinical effectiveness or cost-effectiveness of LuViva Advanced Cervical Scan and Niris Imaging System.
