Rights and permissions

All NIHR Journals Library reports have been produced under the terms of a commissioning contract issued by the Secretary of State for Health. Reports may be freely reproduced provided that suitable acknowledgement is made.

Permission to reproduce material from a published report is covered by the creative commons licence http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/

 

For all reports published before 1st February 2021

All NIHR Journals Library reports have been produced under the terms of a commissioning contract issued by the Secretary of State for Health.
